"Love staying here when I visit Chicago. The staff is friendly, the building has a cool vibe, check-in/out is quick and painless. Unbelievable value for the location too. It's a 10-min walk to Union Station and the Blue Line is a couple of blocks to the south. And the book selection in the guest lounge is super interesting!"

"The staff member who helped us was extremely kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help us with your bags up several flights of stairs. One issue with our stay there: the first night was rather hot outside, and the AC felt like it was barely on despite us resetting the thermostat. However, the AC fully kicked on by the next day. Not sure what happened, but we appreciated it since it was August! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found it very quiet and peaceful."

"This was not a hotel it was a hostel. There was parking available for $25 a night but it was in an alley with 4 spots really crammed together. There was like 1 bathroom for every 2-3 rooms. The bed was a mattress with one sheet and a throw blanket (no comforter at all). Luckily we only stayed one night but I would not recommend. For $250 I expected a lot better."
