"I feel bad that I have had to give a mix rating because I feel everything about our stay was going well until I suffered food poisoning. I woke up at 2am in a lot of pain and spent two hours in the bathroom vomiting. Earlier that day I had the king prawns and at dinner I had the flat iron steak. "Stayed Sun to Mon over bank hol wkend. Billed as a spa hotel in country so we thought we would relax. ...But the calamity of errors begun. I would not stay here again. Beautilul venue in a lovely setting, ruined by servises, staff, facilities with a "no can do" attitude."
