"The outside of the hotel, gardens and lobby are beautiful, but the rooms and elevators leave much to be desired. The elevators are very outdated and small, so small you can't fit a double stroller and children inside so you have to take two trips, which takes awhile because of how slow they are. The room was spacious but the bathroom was smaller than the closet which was a challenge for a family of 5 trying to get ready every morning for Disneyland. There was one small sink, the tub/shower was adequate. The outlets in the room were too few and half of them didn't work, also a challenge when you're needing to charge your devices and such. The staff was kind and courteous and the complimentary busses were great. The too small bathroom as well as the issues with the elevator is enough for us to go to a different hotel that offers us the convenience we desire."
