"The tides is such an amazing way for a family to experience the beach. Right on the water, the rooms have plenty of space and storage as well as bunk beds for kiddos. We much prefer this to renting a condo in Orange beach. The breakfast buffet in the morning is so affordable and a great way to start the day looking out over the gulf. We have been three times and will return"

"This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at! I loved the complimentary towels! They also had a walkway nearly all the way to the water, which is so helpful for someone with back problems! Speaking of back problems, hotel mattresses are usually terrible for my back, but these were excellent! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Condo was very clean. Had dishwasher detergent (2 loads), liquid soap, wash machine detergents (2 loads); sample size Shampoo, Conditioner, hand soap, and lotion 2 of each. Seemed to have ample dishes, silver ware, kitchen utensils. Table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs on the patio. Steps from the pool or gulf. Sugar sand beach. Walmart, and a liquor store about 3 blocks away. The outdoor space was very quiet after 5 pm. "

"Property was great. Check in was easy. I had to pay extra for a parking pass And I feel it could’ve been included in the original booking. No problem nonetheless. The TV in the living room and one of the bedrooms did not work. The bedroom tv wouldn’t power on at all and the living room tv wouldn’t allow to change the input. I called and spoke to a customer service rep but nobody got back to me so we left them off. The kitchen counter in front of the sink was cracked as well. Location was great,...

"We received a confirmation and then at 2am the day before check in they sent an email cancellation of confirmation because they couldn’t find a maid service??? Joke, we had to scramble to find a place to stay that day 15 hrs from home…… nightmare. Thanks "

"Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. I will never use Hosteeva again. They don't care, just...
