"We were visiting Kilkenny and chose Kate’s Rest to stay at. The owner was so kind and took the time to chat and help us with anything we needed, it was a very personable experience. We stayed in a beautiful apartment (we had one double and two twin beds) what came with a kitchen and lovely open shower. The views are unbelievable and it was a great location. We would highly recommend a stay at Kate’s Rest. "

Nellie is a wonderful host and her breakfasts truly tasty (especially the rashers!). This was a return visit after a gap of a few years and it remains our favourite choice to stay when visiting Thomastown."

"Kingdom View is about 10-15 minutes drive outside Waterford. It's in the country and away from lots of traffic noise and other hustle and bustle but near enough to visit Waterford and other surrounding attractions."
