"The pool area was super small and dirty. The was a baseball championship going on in the area and there was kids playing baseball in the parking lot. There was being leaving alcoholic beverages and trash everywhere. Trash and wet towels were being left on the patio and in the pool area. The breakfast was $16.95 a person and at the room price should have been included. Also, this hotels needs renovation at this price."

"This property was very clean. The beds were comfortable. I didn’t use any of the amenities. So I can’t really comment on those. However I could see the pool. And it was very clean looking as well. I was there just to sleep. Because I went to Kings Island and Strickers Grove. My only improvement that I could wish for would have been concerning breakfast. 2 days in a row shredded chicken was offered. In 2 different flavors. One flavor each day. "I had a horrible experience on 7/3/26 I had taken my family to kings island for the fourth of July so I made sure I booked in order to have plenty of sleep room, I planned to have the kids sleep on the sofa bed , so when we pulled is out the bed we were shocked to see that the mattress and sheets had urine stains as well as blood spots and so did of the beds, I immediately called down to the hotel staff and explained the situation to a male by the name of Al, he was rude and stated that they had...

"Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Only one type of creamer (others I have stayed at have a variety) The apples looked like they had been there entirely too long. Very limited choices at the breakfast bar. Looks like the owners were trying to be cheap on the breakfast. Only one side of the toaster worked. Not very well kept. Room was okay. Staff was nowhere to be found at checkout so I can't speak for that."

"Absolutely phenomenal hotel staff was great accommodations checking in to make sure everything's OK. All of that. I will recommend a stay for anyone and when I'm in the area again for my daughter's basketball tournament at spooky we will not be staying anywhere else but this location thanks again."

"We did not have a good experience at this hotel as far as customer service goes. The desk person didn't know what he was doing and we got double charged for the hotel. no on could help us the next morning and it took several calls for the situation to be fixed. I don't recommend this hotel for that reason."
