Staff was super responsive and friendly. Toilet in hallway was disgusting. In room- bedside table was falling off the wall and couldn’t hold a phone, plate covers were missing, sheets stained, changed rooms 3x to get ac that worked.

This hotel is quite dingy, smells horrible and the pets bark all the time. It says it has a gym which is literally the only reason I booked it but on check in I was informed that all of the weights had been stolen. The Staff is lovely though.

Sink was leaking, bed sheets were dirty, the hotel needs to be updated bad. It was a good price and the staff was very friendly. Area around the hotel was very nice as well...lots of shopping and restaurants.

The room was clean and in really good shape. You definitely get a quality room for the vslur price. My kids also liked the hotel. The breakfast was alright too. Food was average but well stocked. I would stay there again.

Decent property to stay at on a budget. That said, amenities provided at the budget rate were good. Staff was really nice. My biggest complaint were the bed bugs. I stayed 3 nights and left with itchy bites on my legs, shoulders, toes, chest, neck and forehead.

This hotel room exhibited unacceptable hygiene conditions. The bedding contained burn damage, and the bathroom fixtures were unsanitary. While the air conditioning and hot water functioned correctly, the overall cleanliness was severely deficient.

Great place for the $$$

Overall, the hotel is in an ideal location for a wedding with family. The room had a lot of damage; bathroom door you could see a hole where someone punched it in. A wall mirror was missing, multiple drill marks around the new mirror in the bathroom so it looks like a prior guest had done a great deal of damage to the room and they tried to fix it as best they could. The bed was awesome along with the refrigerator and microwave - both were essential and fantastic. Staff was very friendly and guests were as well.

Front desk receptionist was so friendly. The hotel smelled like mold or mildew. We get in the room and it’s absolutely ridiculous. There’s a towel under the fridge, I guess it’s leaking. There was a towel behind the water head. The room was dirty and the walls needed repaired.

This hotel spelled like mildew and smoke even though it stated it was a smoke free hotel. Breakfast was not real great, gravy was cold with the biscuits. The staff was very friendly and help ful in getting another room.

It is in a good location, right off the highway close to a lot of amenities. Seems to be a lot of long term stays here, although it's pretty quiet in the rooms, it's very active outside with smokers hanging out by the entrances which is a bit off putting smell of marijuana strong in the halls. Carpet in my room very dirty and like sticky wire s put my shoes on when I got out to walk around..overall the stay was ok and serves it's purpose

The hotel is pretty dirty. The floors were sticky and the room was not very clean. The sheets didn’t seem very clean. We did have a decent breakfast. We would not stay again.

Staff was excellent. Hotel was dirty and smelled strongly of urine in our room. Staff came and sprayed something on the carpet that smelled like peppermint but it wore off rather quickly. My daughter woke me up at 1am stating she was scared and heard gunshots! We left.

Location was good and the staff and workers were very helpful and friendly. Thee biggest draw back for us was we are older and we stayed on the 2nd floor . There are no elevators and the stairs are uneven and narrow . Our rooms were fine except the hallways smelled of cigarettes and animals .
