"Staff was excellent and very friendly and personable. Building needs upkeep. An ac unit for the building would be nice. It has an indoor pool and hot and without a working hvac system the entire building felt like a sauna."

"The hotel was beautiful. The stay was great, but the cleanliness of the rooms were terrible. There was red hair all on the walls in the bath tub that do not belong to us. We do not have red hair! Super gross. The previous family that stayed left behind a pink container with a bunch of snacks in containers. How long was that there for I don’t know I could not believe it. I don’t think my room was cleaned and checked before my families stay."
