The spa is good but restricted to just one hour and also restricted to just the pool, can’t use the nice spa pool without paying another £70 per person per day so be aware of that. The hotel location is good, walkable to the park and ride and each to get into the centre etc. "

"We arrived late afternoon and were greeted by a very friendly receptionist, out room was clean, tidy & comfortable, the bathroom was of an adequate size although the shower/bath tap was lacking in pressure. Breakfast was good with choices of cereals, teas/coffees, yoghurt, bread for toast was fresh as were the croissants. The hot breakfast bap with egg, bacon & sausage was very good. During our stay the 5 members of staff (Lisa, Helen, Dianne, Gemma & Dorothy) we came into contact with couldn't have been any more friendly and helpful. You have to pay for car parking (£5.00 per 24 hrs). The only downside, if any, it is on the edge of a small retail park and apart from a Costa & Greggs there is nowhere within walking distance to eat."
