"Super clean, quiet spot. Walkable to everything. Fernando, the owner, is amazing! He was quick with communication and we felt safe and welcomed. Very comfortable beds. The kitchenette was stoked with everything needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed being here so much, we booked two more nights. Highly recommend this spot. It's in walking distance to Mercado 28, restaurants, and shops. Thank you Fernando! We will be recommending your beautiful home to everyone we know. "

"Nice clean room Booked late and arrived early, my room was not ready so they give me a suite. Close to ado bus. Not the nicest suburb to be but service and quality of staff, i have to recommend. "

"Really lovely big room and comfortable bed. We slept really well here. Staff were super friendly. There were lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner and a supermarket. The ADO bus station is a 5 minute walk away too. We used the pool but didn’t take part in any of the yoga or wellbeing options. We did eat breakfast in the adjoining restaurant but found there were other better options nearby at a more reasonable price."

"Honestly would have been 4 stars but one day I came back from a day out and the housekeeping staff had entered the room, not cleaned anything and left the door UNLOCKED AND OPEN. I'm lucky nothing was taken but I cannot look past this glaring security issue. Especially as the safe didn't work due to no batteries inside it! Other than that, the reception staff were super friendly and helpful. It's a budget hotel and mostly met my needs for the few days I stayed. Could do with some fresh paint...

"Es un lugar muy accesible, un hotel céntrico que tiene todo lo necesario a su alrededor. Las personas que se encuentran en recepción muy amables, muy limpio todo siempre. Solamente tal vez las cortinas de habitación deben cubrir toda la ventana ya que la luz muy temprano entra, y algunos llegan a descansar, la puerta de entrada a la habitación debe ser más segura para niños, que no se abra tan fácil. Sin embargo, si regresaría a hospedarme a este hotel."

"This hostel is planned and professionally built to be a proper hostel. It is very central. Just the opposite to the ADO bus terminal, from where anyone can access into the hostel in 5 minutes, and to get the airport shuttle bus or to get the bus for Chichen Itza. Rooms are air conditioned. Best thing is all rooms have their own separate toilet and bathroom. The have very good community area , well equipped kitchen and a roof top swimming pool. Within 30 metres there is a MacDonalds and a Chinese...
