"The room was spectacular and the staff is so attentive and welcoming. "

The breakfast, with biscuits, excellent scrambled eggs, a rather bland gravy, sausage pattys and an array of other options plus hot sauces, etc. was much better than the usual offerings. Lots of open space in the breakfast room and comfortable seating in the lobby, plus the delightful rooftop with open views to the hills and the big sky. Rooms are not large but bathrooms are well planned and very contemporary."

"We stayed in the hacienda and our room was lovely. It was spacious and had a nice sitting area and balcony. The complimentary breakfast was simple but sufficed even for my husbands vegan diet. The fireplace seemed to have a mind of its own which is my only complaint about the room. The location is excellent and walkable to downtown and the rail yards. We would definitely come back here again!"

"The staff is great. Drove to Santa Fe from out of state. Arrived early (4hrs.). Staff said no problem parking in garage. Also informed me my room was ready and for a small fee I could check in early. After a long drive it was great to get settled in my room. Staff provided a map of area, helpful advice for places to eat, and was always available when needed."

"This property is going through big renovations! It did not meet the standards as was described on their online site. No one was available in office from 6:00 pm until 10:00 am, in event of an emergency, No lighting outside of building after dark, had difficulty figuring how to turn lights on & off in room (very odd), no television in room. Overall it was not satisfactory for our needs / we are seniors & did not feel safe in this situation."
