"I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours. "The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on."

"This is 10/10 property. Hidden gem near baseball parks. Longer stays make this the perfect location with the insuite amenities. Full kitchen, larger bathrooms and room style options make this spot great for bigger families when traveling/ Breakfast options we excellent, staff were amazingly helpful and housekeeping was touching down in rooms with out having to be called (happens so rare these days) will be back for future trips for sure!"
