"Extended stay with family. 4 nights. Great location to visit parks and see various waterfalls around the Cookeville area. The room was humid and needed some air circulation when we got there. Shower had nice heat, but could use more pressure. No bath tub. Shampoo/conditioner low upon arrival. Breakfast was good 1 morning, exceptional 2 mornings, and fell completely short 1 morning. The morning it fell short the oatmeal was just liquid/soupy. I couldn’t eat it. And there were more limited...

"Room was dirty … don’t really notice the extent til we were ready for bed and plugging in chargers etc and see pic … shame on management not seeing this an not double checking staff is doing what they are supposed to do. Room had not been vacuumed by night stand in months if not longer. Clerk offered to move us but too late "

"Terrible shower and put in a handicap room where the bathroom floor is rhe samw as the shower floor, nothing you have to step over. No phone in the room and workers behind the counter were always outside the doors smoking. I wouldnt recommend this place"

"The room was clean and the staff was nice. But the room was old and outdated and had a lot of finishes flaking off offering concerns that it was not clean. The exterior of the hotel area is dirty and there is not any safe places to walk. And the treadmill did not work in the gym. "
