"It's a functional hotel. The staff is helpful. The room we were put in had some issues (fridge was totally dead, A/C didn't work very well, light in the bathroom flickered). They offered to move us to a new room but we didn't realize the AC couldn't keep up until overnight so we declined to change rooms for the fridge issue. So it's a case of "there may be some issues but the staff is very helpful in trying to fix things for you." I was given a couple of discount cards but they have to be used...

"Horrible carpets, smelled like dog and cat piss, mold in room, barking dog, smudges and stains on sheets, mattress very hard with loud springs. When I ran the water in the sink, a dripping sound started up in the ceiling. It stopped a few seconds after I turned off the water. Just gross, smelly, felt grimy"

"The staff are wonderful. The elevator & hallways could be kept cleaner. The breakfast was hot, lots of variety & the breakfast area was clean. Daily housekeeping has to be requested. The room was clean, but the hotel shows some age. I do not think it was a $200 a night hotel, but I had to stay there due to a family event so that’s what I had to pay. "

"Had to ask for a shower curtain, the TV did not work and they couldn't fix it, the bathroom floor was wet in the morning, there was no soap in the soap dispenser, the bathroom door had initials carved in it, but other than that it was great."

"Upon arrival I waited a very long time for someone to come to the desk and assist me.. the property inside and out was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and comfy, however water pressure took 30 min to rinse my shoulder length hair and the rips in the shower curtain allowed water to escape the shower and soak the bathroom. Tub was also very slippery. Breakfast bar was stocked and fresh. Overall id stay again."

"From the moment you walk in the door the staff is there to greet you, the property is clean, and the ambiance of feeling at home is right there. Everything is well marked from restrooms to elevators to the pool & gym. This hotel is one of the best ive ever had the pleasure of staying at. Rooms are spacious and comforting. I cant think of one negative thing to say here. Stay here, thank me later!"

"This is a nicely designed and maintained hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. My only complaint is there is a good amount of noise from cars as the hotel is situated on the main road through the town. Also, if you’re driving a car and need to turn left onto the main road, it can be tricky due to the traffic traveling on the road in both directions and there’s no side exit from the parking lot onto a street with a stoplight or stop sign.
