"Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight."

"The hotel staff were amazing. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Our suite was super spacious and super glad we went with the kitchenette. It could use a few more mirrors in the seating area, aside from the bathroom and sleeping area. This helps when 4 people are trying to get ready at once. 10-15min Uber to anywhere really. Overall - we'd stay there again."

"Hotel is walking distance to several restaurants and across the street from Vanderbilt college. Valet and shuttle employees are very friendly as well as the front desk staff. The only minor complaint I have is the hot water takes too long to warm up for a good shower after a long day/night out."

"Fairfield saved the day! We were unable to check in at our original hotel (121 Hotel) due to not being sent access codes and no on site staff for checking in but Fairfield graciously took us in so we could get some sleep. Good little pizza place across the street was still open so we were also able to get some dinner."

"The property and rooms are dated, but they are in the process of remodeling common areas. Breakfast was good with lots of options and an omelette chief. The shuttle was helpful in dropping off on Broadway and 7th."
