"Staff were very helpful, Rose at the reception in particular was excellent. She was friendly and very informative on what we could do and experience around Hoi An. Tiny was absolutely lovely and helpful at the restaurant and breakfast. On our departure day, nothing was a problem. We could store our bags for the day while we walked around the streets. "A very pretty hotel with wonderful views of Old Hoi An and the river. Very well located with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. Quite a good size pool to cool off in and a lovely balcony out the front for drinks in the evening. We stayed in river view rooms but were on level two so the views were a little obscured by the balcony room below. If booking a river view room I would suggest asking for level three or four."

"We loved our stay at TMS Hotel Da Nang. We stayed in a Premier Ocean Front room which was huge, easily the largest hotel room we stayed in during the trip. The way we were greeted when we arrived was lovely - the front desk agent was so happy and really cheered us up after a long day. The flower lei was a nice touch too. The hotel was very busy when we stayed, which meant the chairs around the pool were hot property, but there were two options for breakfast each morning if you wanted to avoid...

"Big modern rooms with very good AC, refreshing pools and delicious breakfast. The banana pancakes were awesome. Best of all, the staff who constantly makes sure that customers are happy. Both ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to both of them (Linh & the other lady) who made arrangements for local show tickets. Don’t hesitate to use their bicycles to visit the rice fields, a wonderful experience!"

"First, let’s be clear. This is not a 5 star resort. At best, it’s an undersupplied, over extended, large 4 start hotel. Most of the property looks like an abandon mall, covered with photos of what could be in those places, or perhaps what used to be in those places. Its unclear. For a massive “resort”, having 1 restaurant on site is ridiculous. For a massive resort that brags about its large pool and private beach, never having enough chairs at either is ridiculous.
