"The room is super clean. They do daily cleaning (trash out, vacuum), replenish/ change supplies (slippers, towels, bath towels, robes). For our 8 nights stay they change bed cover, pillow case twice. They also tidy up the room. Amenities are: coffee machine, tea, snacks (donuts, macaroons, Japanese pancake), skin care, razor, comb available at ground floor, coin laundry, vending machines. The staff are friendly."

"The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, always happy to assist with anything we needed (especially the lady and gentleman with glasses who work during morning shift around 9-10am). The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport, which made getting around simple and stress-free. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again."
