"absolute gem! we love this place so much, we booked it again when we returned to Tokyo from Osaka for the last leg for the trip. it is not the fanciest hotel, but we felt at home here. close to Harajuku and Shibuya, but still quiet and calm. love the sento bath access included in the room. the breakfast buffet was subpar, but grateful food option available. nice to have complementary toiletries. Staff was great and felt very welcoming!"

"The hotel is very well located just a stone throw from Takadanobaba station. There is a very cheap drug store at the right corner nearby the hotel (not donki). Donki is located next to the hotel. There is also Peakcock supermarket just around 100m from the hotel"

"Had a very nice room with super comfortable bed and pillows. View of cityscape was also lovely. I was surprised at being told there was a charge to keep our luggage (2 hours before checkin) and actually I refused to pay it. A lovely staff member made concessions and kept our luggage at no cost and then actually took our bags to our room for us. I think the room rate charge should include holding a few pieces of luggage for customers, without any additional fees. Apart from that, shuttle to...

"The location was cool, the rooms were TINY, th laundry was a JOKE with only one machine in the women’s onsen and 2 in the men’s (for the entire 28 floors)- and we stayed up super late to continue drying loads because the dryers were so bad. The rooms were dark, the bathrooms tiny also. AC was not in our control and with no windows to open or fan, it felt suffocating at times. Also made it so our room didn’t get air flow and smelled stuffy at times so we propped the windows open for some flow....
