"I don’t know how room was. My room was canceled about 3hrs before I arrived. I was already 5hrs into my travel when I received the information. This is not great feeling and very stressful. I had to pull off road for 30 minutes to figure out where we were going to stay for my sons cheer competition. "

"All really good, the only bad thing was the Receptionist during the night shift, my husband and I wanted to go to the beach to see the sunrise in the early morning (around 6 am), we kindly asked the lady and in a very poor way she said “Right and then left”, there was 2 doors on the right so we “by mistake because it was our first time there” took the incorrect one, so when we were back she talked to us with a really bad attitude saying “Which part of right and then left you don’t understand?” SUPER RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Details like these are the ones that can ruin the entire experience. The hotel was nice but I would never be back if someone that is in charge of provide you help acts like you are trash."

"CONTACT DIVISION OF HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS!!!!! We did not stay on the property longer then 12 minutes and were refused a refund at this time. I advise anyone to contact Border patrol, code enforcement, divisions of hotels and restaurants along with filing a suit for theft of service. This place is a scam, horrible conditions, mold, vomit, urine alllll over the entire room. Mattresses were brown. Then the staff tells you that you will be granted a refund and then denies it. Then they refuse to answer the phone. I have contacted every name listed above and have multiple pending investigations, Let’s not forget to mention the amount of drugs on the property. DO NOT STAY!!! Also the Expedia will only send you a $100 credit and state that’s all they can do."
