"Everything was lovely, except the room was extremely humid and smelled a bit musty. Otherwise, perfect. Room was clean, in good repair and tastefully decorated staff was friendly. 10/10 except for the strangely humid air."

"Couldn't use pool and hot rub due to a swinger party, that we were not informed on prior. Hotel dirty. Room dirtier. No hand soap by sink. Had to argue with front desk to get an extra towel for the 2 of us. ( there were only 2 towels). Bed o.k"

"1 of the tvs didn’t work both remotes didn’t work moldy food under beds mold or something by sink broken switch broken plugs on table outlet disgustingly stained chair and bench. Wish I would’ve asked for my money back and just left honestly. Staff was great but room made me want to never come back. Honestly probably won’t."

"We liked the walkability of the property and easy access to places we wanted to visit. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was good. The staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. The only minor dislike was: The ice machine was not working the whole time we were there and we use ice everyday. They did provide ice from the kitchen when we asked."

"It dies not have an elevator. The staff was accommodating when we could not handle carrying bags upstairs & switched room to ground floor. Also impressed with cleaners as they checked if we needed anything the second day there. We were staying 3 days so normal procedure is they clean when your stay is over. Thank you for that!!!"

"Our first room lock was broke on our door, and the door did not even close. Then a house party/loud was on the 3rd floor until 4am. I reported the house at 2am, but the party continued until 4am. Our bed was not clean (hair and dirt), and there was no blow dryer."

"Pros: The room set up for me and my 3 children were very cool with the bunk bed options. It was also cool having the water park tickets come with the stay. Cons: questionable cleaning. Rooms were musty with crumbs all over the floor. The queen bedroom TV was cracked (not able to use at all). Called front desk for assistance 3 times just rang the 1st 2 times and then said no one was available the second time. All food options are no longer operating at the hotel besides the snack shop inside...
