"After we lost power this week, we needed a place to stay. They were very welcoming to our local family. The front desk person was concerned for our inconvenience of having to find a place to stay until our power was restored. The place was clean. Our room was comfortable and very quiet. Next time we have out of town visitors or we need a place to stay we will definitely contact them."

"we stayed in the two bedroom apartment. Very nice, comfortable beds, very clean and a nice view of the rivers. Location was also very good with plenty of restaurant options, many with outdoor dining and a nice riverfront park with a dog park. Staff were friendly and were able to accommodate an early check-in."

"A/C was nice and cold, parking was adequate. The staff was pleasant, kind, and efficient. The "breakfast" lacked savory protein rich options. There was plenty of bread-based options, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Surrounding traffic patterns were disrupted by magor construction, therefore, walking did not feel like a safe option. If you just need a clean bed and a clean bathroom, this stay was perfect."

"I chose the place because of the pool and laundry room but laundry rooms was out of service. If I knew that I’ll go somewhere else. I should have received some money back."

"Two things I liked about this hotel are 1) the rooms are spacious with plenty of room to spread out, 2) the hotel is on main street so you don't need to drive to restaurants. However, besides the vending machine for drinks, the hotel did not have a mini market to purchase travel essentials. We had to find a convenience store to purchase some things that are typically sold in hotel lobbies. In addition, the room does not have an iron, which was an inconvenience. "The pool looked lovely, one couldn't swim in it, as the heat pump was broken and never expeditiously replaced."

"Couldn’t screenmirror or cast from our phone to the television. Chanel’s were fuzzy. Had to call twice for requested sofa sheets - of which the blanket requested was barely a “blanket” to keep warm. Bathroom is in bedroom so guest sleeping on sofa has to come into bedroom to use."

"All was duable. The shower and bathroom was missing a decent vanity for our or my wifes toiletry products and also had a small mirror. Tissues in that bathroom were done in no time and i had to go get some napkins from the breakfast area. The outlet behind the beds headboard did not have a plug plate and was kind of loose and could cause an electrical problem especially having cloth from the bed and could cause the bed to cach fire. If they took care of these few things i would give it a four...

"Pool was great. Pool room temperature was unbearable. Hot tub didn't work right. Hotel was in need of painting and repair."

"The staff at the desk was actually very pleasant. I made my reservation through a third party, Expedia and did not use my Marriott Bonvoy account so they did not honor my request. I paid for a king size Suite with a walk-in shower, I did not get it. The front desk person was polite, but said since I made it through a third party they don't always honor it and she told me there were no rooms with king size beds or walk-in showers available. The shampoo and body wash were the exact same. I...
