If you are an older person who doesn't negotiate many steep stairs (i.e as steep as a ladder in a tree house), then this place may not be for you. "Close to the Centre of Delft it was certainly convenient to walk there via the cycleway/walkway. Also very close to Delftse Hout where I went running. My room was excellent, A very comfortable King Bed, and great bathroom. Large TV, good internet connection - In short all a traveller could want. Free parking and restaurant (I didn't use) onsite. A bit pricey but good for Holland. Definite recommendation. "
