"10/10 – A Wonderful Stay in Sanur From the very first moment I walked in, I felt incredibly well looked after. The staff were fantastic — everyone was exceptionally polite, kind and helpful. They made a genuine effort to remember my name and were always patient when explaining everything, from the hotel itself to recommendations and information about the surrounding area. The concierge team were wonderful with my luggage and took such great care of me throughout my stay. As a solo traveller, I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness shown towards anything I might need. I felt completely safe, comfortable and cared for at all times. The property itself is beautiful, very clean and thoughtfully maintained. My room was also incredibly quiet, which was particularly important to me, and I always felt very secure. I also attended the Kecak dance ceremony during my stay, which was absolutely beautiful and something I would highly recommend experiencing. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is perfectly positioned along the beachfront promenade, making it easy to walk, explore and really enjoy the atmosphere and spirit of Sanur. The harbour is also very close, which makes the hotel extremely convenient if you fancy taking a day trip to one of the nearby islands. Overall, a genuinely lovely experience. Thoughtful hospitality, wonderful people, a beautiful property and an excellent location. 10 out of 10."

"The hotel was very nice and the staff were super friendly and helpful the buffet breakfasts were amazing and the pool was nice and cool clean. The only things that made it not a full five stars ( rating from us ) was the room was old and needed a bit of TLC Apart from that I would recommend that you stay here. Wayne n Toby"

"Very large hotel - would be excellent for a conference but we were on vacation. The room lack power points around the bed for charging. The balcony offered is misleading - 1 metre wide and no furniture - unusable except for smoking. You need a ground floor room at this hotel. A long walk to the beach - take a taxi. On the positive side - the breakfast offered is excellent."

"It was a lovely resort, close to the beach and shops (cafes, bars, restaurants, massage etc). The staff were extremely friendful and helpful and took pride in their relevant positions. Breakfast was very nice and adequate. One thing the resort needs to stop and eradicate, is people "grabbing" lounge beds by the pools with their towels. So many guests would put their towel on a lounge bed and disappear for 2-3 hrs. It was good to see some guests didn't put up with this and move some of the towels but guests returning hours later were quite angry that they no longer had their lounge beds. Similarly some guests would walk away when they saw all the towels on the unoccupied lounge beds."

"Lovely hotel, great base for Sanur. Very modern and smart, beautifully clean. Nice pool but no sun from mid afternoon which is when we would have liked to spend time there. 5 mins walk to the beach. Easy to get a grab taxi from the door. enjoyed our two nights there very much and could have stayed longer. We used this as a base to visit Nusa Lembongan which we highly recommend for a day! Walking distance to the Icon shopping mall, which we didn't shop in but definitely worth a visit for aesthetics! Some lovely beach bars within walking distance. If you turn right once at the beach you pass a small turtle sanctuary which was worth a visit!"
