"It’s hard to get the front desk when calling. I think I literally called an AI person and finally got to the actual hotel that I was staying at after several calls. It was annoying because I was arriving late and needed a late arrival time. I finally got ahold of someone, it when I arrived they had no idea I was going to be late - so my room was given to someone else. I got a room- so that was good. We somehow days without water pressure and hot water. Finally on the third day we got both.

"We stayed at The Inn on Destin Harbor and had a great experience. We originally booked for just one night, but decided at the last moment to extend our stay. Unfortunately, most hotels nearby were fully booked, and we were having a hard time finding availability.
The front desk staff was extremely sweet and helpful. She went out of her way to assist us and managed to secure a room for that night. Because of her effort, we were able to enjoy one more beautiful day in Destin.
