"A/C is centrally controlled by the management, we tried to reach the front desk for multiple hours & finally gave up & found hard to sleep through on a hot sunny day. Needed to reach out to front desk for other issues too but they aren't responsive. The Guest desk phone would just be in engage mode. Disappointed for the service we got for the price paid."

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a shuttle waiting for us when we departed from our cruise and had scheduled shuttles ready to take us to the train depot. It is located conveniently in downtown Seward we could walk to everything with ease, they were very helpful with storing our luggage and assisting with all transportation and recreational needs."

"For the price, I felt the hotel was only about a three star. The outdoor maintenance was absolutely horrendous. Nothing trimmed nothing cut. When I booked this online, I was thought I was staying in a 4.5 to 4.9 rated hotel. It is not. The plane landing, and taking off on the water was the highlight. The rest of the experience was average and best."

"We booked a studio with kitchen. Checked in at night. Next morning, we found the kitchen sink was leaking. We called front desk immediately, and also told cleaning staff about the issue. But until we left, nobody come to fix it. Front desk staff excused that their repair person was not available."

"This hotel is located in a bit of a rough area - we arrived a little after midnight and there was a good bit of foot traffic all around. We didn't have any problems but were a little uneasy as we traveled with kids and the rooms was outer door access. The facility is older, but extremely clean and the front desk clerk was very kind. Breakfast was also very good."
