"Great for the price on just the edge of town, with a shuttle. Could use a little tlc (just wear and tear of a slightly older facility), touching up their paint on outside etc. overall I would stay again as I think it is insane to pay $1000 or more a night for the stuff in town. They were super friendly. And it was nice having a little kitchen."

"I have stayed here one other time and had a lovely clean modern room. this time was put on the 6th floor- very end of the hall, long walk, only one very slow elevator working. The room was old. clean but paint peeling on the walls. Toilet awkward where no holder for toilet paper so had to reach way around to get. Air conditioner so noisy, could not talk on phone when was on! Had to open window at night as unable to sleep. Fridge froze my salad. this time the bed was more like a camp cot-...

"The service and care of everyone I came across during my stay was fantastic. Sarah at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful! In addition, The Basin was an amazing experience. This was a special trip for me. I took it solo after my fiancé passed. I was nervous it wouldn’t live up to the hype. However, the views, the staff, and the overall experience did not disappoint."

"Stayed at this hotel 10 yrs ago it was beautiful. I was disappointed this time. The hotel is run down. The hallways were cluttered with housekeeping carts. This morning I was interrupted by housekeeping letting me know check out was now. I had requested late check out. Room wasn’t very clean. The mattresses are uncomfortable. Definitely not the quality I was expecting"

"The room was very nice and spacious. The king bed was very comfortable. Of particular use to us, who were returning from a road trip in a rental car, was the shuttle from the airport after we dropped off the rental car, then a return shuttle to the airport the following morning for our return home. Great price point too. I'd highly recommend this hotel!"

"Hidden Ridge is a great base camp for your Banff adventures! Our unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Hot and cool pools were clean, lots of towels, and breathtaking views of the mountains. Location is perfect (you're within walking distance of the town and the Hoodoo Trail). The only issue I can think of is, our unit (ground floor townhouse) was dated looking and very dark, but this is a minor quibble....

"Great stay for 6 ngt on Annv vacation. Stayed in king suite. Very roomy, bed comfortable, liked the balcony and fireplace. Room attendant did an amazing job every day!! Only and biggest complaint was terrible cheap coffee in the rooms with no coffee available in lobby either. Had to walk to coffee shop every morning. Thankfully I enjoyed cool air and walk, but always nice to enjoy a cup of coffee relaxing in the hotel room before starting the day!!"
