"Très bien situé dans la ville de Banff. On peut se promener à pied dans le village. Le personnel est très accueillant et aidant. L’hôtel est propre et la chambre a répondu à nos besoins. La cuisinette nous a permis de déjeuner dans la chambre. Je le recommande à tous."

"Rooms had everything you needed and lots of activities on property to do (hiking, pool, restaurant.) It was easy to get into the Banff town with the shuttle available, however it does fill up quickly so get there early."

When my wife and I went to the spa to book a time for the spa we found out that had only said there would be one person in the room so only one spa package. "I would not stay here again. This is a 2 star hotel at best. Small little bugs crawling all over the bathroom and broken bathroom fixtures. Beds were terrible. Thank goodness we only had to stay one night."

"This property is special, beautiful views and hospitality is high from the staff, but the individual rooms are pretty run down and years behind on upkeep. You’ll see animals on-property, so there are trades to be made on accommodations, but it’s close to town and busses are easy out front."

The common areas need better cleaning especially vacuuming, corners are banged up, hallways aren't clean and the elevators are grubby (and really slow). "Close to airport, great pool and slide, great staff"

"Anxious owner. Very high $150 deposite, threatening to take if we damage. Clogged bath tub drain. Very poor lights in the room, plug damaged hair dryer. The service at the cafe was excellent. Food was great. The waitress rooms was excellent."
