"The room was very nice. The only thing I was very unhappy was the fact that I was charged fifteen dollars a night for parking, and I was not told that all I was told was put this in your window and it was a tag. I was never told that. I would be charged thirty dollars for 2 nights."

"Our room was great! The staff was very friendly at the front desk and valet. We did have an issue with the shower, the knob that adjusts the water temperature did fall off mid shower. We did report this at checkout and the staff stated it would be fixed. Overall our stay was very good, the hotel is clean and the rooms are cozy. Unfortunately the area surrounding the hotel is not as inviting. There were police and fire sirens just about every night we stayed from morning to night. If you don’t...

"Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet. We had an upgraded corner room with a view of the water and enjoyed it tremendously. The extra space made it a very comfortable place to hang out when we weren’t outside."

"This hotel is clean, easy to get to and the front desk staff was great. Very nice ambiance. I didn’t like the barn doors on the bathroom that do not provide privacy. Vent didn’t work great. Housekeeping left hand towels and big towels but no new washcloths/face towels. The valet team was horrible, a lot of people working but only the older gentleman actually worked hard. The younger attendants were slow to respond or had to be approached. The employees were generally friendly and were greeting...
