"I traveled with a friend and we had an excellent time. The hospitality of the staff workers are top-notch. The resort is very clean. I didn’t get to try the buffet, but I heard that the food was delicious at the buffet. The food at the bar was very good. Everyone was just very welcoming and friendly. I can’t depict in words how wonderful my short day was and how amazing I was treated definitely recommend and I definitely will be back."

"Fun for the kids"

"Overall great experience. Kids and I had a lot of fun and spent the day at the water park. Only suggestion is if you want to swim outside of water park hours, make sure you get a room next to the other pool. It’s on the other side of the property from where we stayed and I didn’t realize how far it was. Definitely not a walking distance I preferred."

"Rooms are outdated, carpet got stains cabinets keep on opening Beds are clean and comfortable . Staff are helpful if you ask for something Lots of fast foods to eat . Pools are very nice , clean with slides and river is just nice to relax with"

"The lodge is located in a beautiful location and the place is very clean. The front desk reps were very friendly at check in. The only problem I had was that no one picks up the phone or replies to emails. The phone situation was pretty bad. My advice is to ask all your questions ahead of time during check in."

"Property was beautiful and staff was great. My issue was that I am a light sleeper and about every 10-15 minutes the ceiling kept cracking (settling cracks), sometimes about 5 cracks at a time and loud. I did not sleep at all. Other than that property was very nice."

"We loved everything about this hotel. It has a great mid-century modern vibe. Rooms are well appointed and super clean. We had a King room that overlooked the pool with a private balcony with table and chairs and a chaise lounge. The staff is so friendly and kind everywhere you go on property. Zuzu's is great for an onsite restaurant and their bar serves great crafted cocktails. Loved that it has two pools, one that is quiet and perfect for reading a book and the other has live dj's on the...

"I chose this hotel for my last night in Arizona thinking it would be a nice and beautiful place to relax before my flight home. The pictures make it seem like an oasis, but what’s not shown in the pictures is that this property literally sits smack next to a huge highway with super LOUD traffic noise at all hours. The rooms are in a separate property than everything else- it felt like I was staying in an abandoned hotel. The grounds didn’t really look maintained - had almost an apocalyptic...

"No tenían agua caliente en mi villa y después se desprogramaron varias habitaciones y no servían las tarjetas no se podía abrir la habitación con ninguna y mi lo va estafa a 10 min contados caminando y otros 20 de regreso c q no ganoa como pedir el carro que te lleva"
