"It might have been nice at one time, but if small showers, roaches, worn out carpet, doors that don’t open or hanging on by loose bolts then this is your place. After 2 day smell of mold in room you could tell was there. The adult pool was not big, and no lay out chairs in the sun, all covered by shades so you have to go hang with kids to get sun. "The staff is exceptional. Customer service and satisfaction is clearly the utmost importance at this property. The room in the Tara suite was gorgeous. Walked right out into the beach which was heaven for us. Bucuti and Tara focus on a tranquil relaxing pampering experience. "Overall experience was absolutely AMAZING!
Staff was outstanding, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived.
The location is absolutely perfect (directly across the street from Eagle Beach and Passions Restaurant!)
We could not have dreamed of a cleaner hotel room or a better housekeeping staff!
It is also a 5 minute walk to Super Foods (grocery store and liquor store)!
When I return to Aruba, there will be ONLY one place I will stay, Amsterdam Manor!"

"Beautiful property. Excellent restaurants with updated decor and beautiful views. Staff was super. The reason we gave it a 4 star review is they charge extra for the beach umbrellas and palapa. Otherwise there are a few complimentary ones but you need to line up early morning to try and get one. For a hotel of this cost with resort fees to charge extra for the beach left a bad taste."
