"Sehr schönes Spa, wunderschönes Hotel. Direkt im Zenrim, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz unbedingt reservieren, da schlechte Parkmöglichkeit. Zimmerservice bei uns immer Nachmittags wenn wir kurz ausruhen wollten. Änderung der Zeit nicht möglich. Somit 2 Tage kein Roomservice bekommen."

"Hotel Indigo may be the prettiest hotel I have stayed at, and especially for a book lover. You know a hotel is pretty when you're taking pics of the general bathroom stalls and sending them to you friends. But seriously, what an amazing hotel. Every part was beautifully set up my room was delightful and lovely. The staff were so helpful, both from taking my luggage when I was too early for checkin (and took it up and had it in the room ready for me) to recommending where to go and what to do....

"The location is great for walking to the sights, but there is NO onsite parking, which is very inconvenient. Our room was also in the basement with window well windows…it should have been used for storage, not guests."

I booked a superior boutique room, not much superior about it. The shower door leaked water all over the bathroom floor because the door did not seal.
