"Beautiful well maintained hotel with several amenities. Restaurant and shops on site. Located in a great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. They also offer diving and snorkeling excursions. Took snorkeling excursion to Mexico Rocks and had a great time. It can get a bit loud at times with airplanes flying by as its located close to small airport. Staff was helpful."

"The best jumping off point for a fishing trip to Turneffe Flats, for those who prefer to (or must, due to air travel schedules) arrive a day early and relax rather than make the entire journey from home to the lodge in a single day. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant serves up excellent local fare."

"Lovely stay! Helpful staff! Only one person (female bartender) seemed to be having a bad day! She was on her phone when I approached, and proceeded to fling things around as she made our drinks. I didn't let it spoil my time in the pool, but the energy was definitely different than anyone else at the property!! My husband and I loved the bungalow on the beach!"

Required a boat ride to and from the main Caye Caulker area, that was exhausting and limiting on timing. Although they provided transportation back and forth, it would have been better to know ahead of time you are on your own private island area. "We recently stayed at X’tan Ha and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were clean, although they are somewhat dated and could use some updating. We also had a few visits from ants and termites in our room during our stay. The food was mediocre—not bad, but not particularly memorable.
