"Staff was unable to locate our reservation. The room was visibly dirty, no wifi, large towel on the bed for a blanket, and a lock was broken on the door. Additionally, not a safe area for a lady traveling alone, which thankfully I wasn’t. "

"I have travelled quite a bit but I have never encountered service like the one we had at Angkor Era. The staff went above and beyond with every small request. The hotel is superb, my only complaint would be that the bed was too hard."

"スタッフの英語能力不足、及び連携とフォローアップが全くなっていない。空港ピックアップの車の手配は再三リマインドした挙句アレンジ無し。滞在中の車の手配等も然り。部屋にコオロギと死体が多い。韓国人と中国人観光客多く、何人かは朝食会場などでマナー悪かったり、夜も庭で遅くまで騒いでいた。"
