"Hot pool was the highlight as our kids loved it. There were enough pool towels and the shower room and washrooms were clean and tidy. The doubles room we were in was small and basic although it served its purpose. The room and building was pet friendly. The room heater had a small sign that read that it can get hot and to make sure it is free of clutter. It could be bigger though as it is a safety hazard. "

"Great place, pools were more than expected and beautiful scenery. Our room was not great, had booked for a view to the lake and rather they gave us a view of the back wall. Fire alarm was triggered by itself for a second and woke us up in the middle of the night. A linking light inside the room like a sensor also interrupted my sleep. Service great"

The view — The office employees working across the courtyard. The staff was friendly, but the building is old and are room was horrible. There are too many other nice hotels nearby to stay here. Don’t risk it. "

"The building is very unique as it is in an old bank. Overall, had a good stay. However, the room was quite warm as the air conditioning was not working properly. We weren’t offered a room switch. However, I was offered a credit for the next time I stay. But not sure when I will use it as I don’t go to Toronto that often."

"Was okay, was cheaper than most of the downtown hotels but $50 for parking. Bathroom was tiny and all the floot tile was lifting. Small tv as well."

"My husband and I had a fine stay here overall, but things certainly have room for improvement. The rooms and hallways are very outdated, the walls were very thin to the point where we could hear our neighbours clearly, and the hotel unfortunately smelled of sewage the last day we were there (both in room and in the common areas). I would not stay here again. "
