"This hotel was not as family friendly as we hoped. We had a few rowdy neighbors throughout our stay. Additionally, we had to switch rooms because the deadbolt was broken, something the hotel knew about for 2 days before our arrival but had not fixed. Also the property is not accessible and you have to go up several sets of narrow stairs to navigate the property."

"The pools seem nice. The staff was friendly. The room had sand on the floor and needs updates for the bathroom. Otherwise ok."

"Room was decorated nicely, AC worked good in the room mattress was very com fortable and the bed linens were nice. On the negative side the TV could not be adjusted for volume. Only the one remote controlled the TV and it had no sound button on it. the volume was so low you might as well had it on mute. Also the shower had mostly hot, hot water and that could not be adjusted properly. You almost had to totally turn it of to get a tolerable level of heat and that slowed the stream down greatly....

"Great location, affordable, great staff, clean pool, allows dogs (all rooms have tile floors)—I didn’t bring a dog but I met a few who were staying there. Excellent BYO Mexican food across the street. So close to the boardwalk you can hear “watch the tram car please” and other announcements"

"This hotel was dated and the staff was not friendly. We stayed on a wash out of a weekend. One would think the staff would be extra helpful and hospitable given the fact that it was empty and we still came. There are no security features. Anyone can get on any elevator and go right into the guests halls. The hotel charges for everything. ..water, extra people in the room. Definitely not worth the price they charge. I would not stay here again."

"Everything was great bed was comfortable and although I didn’t use the kitchen facilities , it was a nice touch for a longer stay . My only negative was you could hear the cars on the roadway nearby otherwise I was pleased with my stay . It felt safe and secure ."

"Our stay at ICONA Diamond Beach was above par. The resort amenities, room, cleanliness overall, and above board staff were all we could ask for. The restaurant menu, staff and food were very accommodating. We didn’t utilize the bar, but it appeared to be very well stocked. Fast wi-fi availability was a plus. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony. The resort was all it was advertised to be. We would highly recommend a stay here. "

"The room we stayed in was HUGE! It had a large, separate living area with a kitchenette containing a full-sized fridge. The bedroom area was also spacious & both areas had big screen TVs. The bed mattress was a comfortable, firm foam & the shower had good water pressure. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better; it was right on the beach with access to the boardwalk at the end of the parking lot & close to town, restaurants, etc. Although it was an older facility, it was well...
