"We stayed no balcony unit. It was terrible view and noise from the laundry room right beside us. We changed the room but there was completely street and parking lot view. Neighbours were not good also. I recommend to book at Inner harbour area hotel . "

"Room was overall clean but there was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The bathroom was so tiny for 4 people. Otherwise, loved all the space in the Balmoral room. Grateful for the robes. Nice touch! "

"The reason we picked this location was the beautiful pic of the rooftop and it was closed, but we weren't informed of that. The lobby is very small and no tea or to go cups provided - just coffee to stay in lobby. Close to everything though, so great location and enjoyed the food and the pub. "

"Underground parking included was a blessing. Amenities in room were excellent. Great location downtown near the waterfront was very walkable to restaurants and bars. "

"I got a room in 3rd floor where elevator didn’t work and carried 23 KG bags all the way up and down"

"Such a great find! We had a room with a small kitchen (fridge/ freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, dish drainer). All the needed pots, pans, etc. This was a great option for traveling with kids. We were able to eat a couple meals at the hotel, refill water bottles and pack snacks for our adventures. There are 2 grocery stores within a 10 minute walk. "

"Such a pretty hotel! However my only feedback would be if a room is on the main street the windows desperately need to be replaced. They are so think i thought several times our windows were open. Made for a tough night of sleep. I would come back if not for that."

"This hotel has a great vibe. The room was spacious and clean. I asked for housecoats and they were delivered promply. Service was excellent. The staff were courteous and friendly. The check in and out processes were quick and easy. The locations is great and has beautiful views. highly recommend this hotel. "

"Really nice location, I thoroughly enjoyed walking along the path, looking at the amazing sculptures. Restaurant next door, Riva, had excellent food, great service and a really talented pianist. Location close to shopping, ocean views and grocery stores for bottled water, pop, snacks. Also next door is beer / wine store and BC Liquor store. Breakfast a little disappointing with limited options which is the only reason for a 4, not a 5. I would definitely stay there again."
