"Our room had a great location, second floor next to the pool and it was great pool weather however the pool was closed for 4 of the 5 days we were there. We were finally able to get into it on our last day after the storms passed. We had booked a handicap room with king bed. There were several problems with the room: the shower curtain didn't go all the way to the floor so the bathroom floor flooded making it very slippery and unsafe, the bed legs stuck out and we both stubbed our toes several...

"Don’t stay in any of the rooms with 11… we were given 411 and I could touch the elevator with a broomstick. Luckily the front desk changed it for us. Otherwise great stay. Drinks from the bar were good. Not too far of a walk from the best spots in downtown. Would stay here again. "

"Disappointed by the cold hot tub. We picked this hotel because the rooftop hot tub which we couldn’t use. Beautiful view of the river from the patio. First night our shower didn’t work when turning on the hot water, couldn’t get a different room until the next day. Inconvenient to not be able to shower and having to take time to repack to switch rooms. "

"Very nice friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is about a half a mile from the City Marketplace and the river once you find your way, but right around the hotel nowhere to eat or drink and the hotel has very little choice of food for either breakfast or dinner. Dining became a chore rather than something to enjoy. The room also isn’t very bright for a new building and the heat very noisy. Beds were very comfortable and room clean. "

"Great location in the heart of Savannah. Restaurants, shopping, River Street all close by. Valet parking was very convenient but is $43/day and honestly worth it. I loved how they had ice cold waters ready to take to your room or before going out exploring. The wine and cheese hour at night with entertainment was also great! Rooms were clean and comfy. Would definitely recommend and go back again if I’m ever in Savannah!"

"Room was good - standard for newly built designs. Our body wash container was empty and after we told the front desk prior to departure for the day, it was not refilled, which was a big let down. The bar looked to have plenty of choices, but they were not "open" in the sense that only one person manned the kitchen and/or bar and/or the restaurant.
