"My wife and I booked this hotel for her birthday and our long-overdue honeymoon. I am a full-time wheelchair user and was promised a spacious king room with a roll-in shower. I called several times beforehand and was repeatedly assured it would be available. I also asked a month in advance about extra charges, but we were not told about the mandatory valet fee and refundable incidental hold until three days before arrival.
