"This is really a hotel for people traveling with children - active children. The amenities for adult travelers are kind of on the slim side but children can be totally satisfied with activities, breakfast foods, open spaces, wall decor. Our room had a lightbulb out in the bedside reading lamp and was devoid of usb outlets entirely. Room was adequate but not particularly comfortable - no added amenities but a huge tv set staring down the bed. Not a hotel for me!"

"The pictures online are misleading. They show a nice clean, newer hotel and in person the hallway carpets are old and dirty and doors are broke. This hotel looks more like a old dirty place that seriously needed updated and cleaned. Also I booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool and hot tub and had breakfast in the morning. When we checked in they had signs posted that the pool and hot tub was both closed. Then I was told that they wouldn't have any breakfast in the morning. He said...

"Good hotel, but you can tell it is an old property compared to the other options at this exit. Met our needs for an overnight trip but nothing else. Stairs super squeaky, like the floor below the carpet was about to crumble. Back door had a rock propping it open every time we came down the stairs, so our safety at times felt questionable. Probably won’t ever go here again. Worth the extra money to stay somewhere else."

"Room Review (Springfield Stay) Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable musty odor. I also sprayed Wizard air freshener upon entry to improve the smell. Fortunately, there is a Dollar Tree nearby, so I was able to pick up some basic essentials to make the stay more manageable. At check-in, I noticed the front door light was not working, although the other lights in the room functioned properly.
