"Pros: Nice large, clean rooms. Nice breakfast, friendly and efficient staff. Cons: The water in the shower never gets truly hot and it takes at least 5 minutes for it to even be warm. The accessible room we booked was only truly accessible once you were inside, there were two heavy swinging doors that you must go through to get the room."

"Not a lot of options in the area. However, the room smelled of cigarettes, window had a large crack in the glass, no toilet paper was in the room. Looks like it wasn’t even swept or mopped. Hair ties and paper left on the floor before given to us. Pro was they charge 20 bucks for my dog. Though the room smelled better after we stayed vs when we arrived. "Check in was a nightmare. When we arrived, the person on duty could not log into the computer because her password had expired. We had to wait until she could locate another staff member who needed to be woke up to check us in. We then got assigned to a wrong type of room. We paid extra for a 2 queen bed room and was assigned a king bed room. We got reassigned to another room but discovered upon entering it that it was already occupied by another guest. That was traumatizing for all of us....

"The staff were especially nice and a highlight of the stay. The room was very tidy and comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. My main reason for not rating higher is that the front of the Expedia page lists a hot tub but there is none at the hotel. Also the estimate for the room never mentions a charge per night for parking, which may be small but is frankly ridiculous since the front desk told me I could park at Applebees if the lot was full. "

"If your just staying for one night with a pet and low on money its ok spot. Room was clean but its a very old hotel and beat up. Curtains didnt work properly and buffet was very low grade. Staff was nice though. This hotel is like a low end motel not a hotel"

"Room was clean enough, but it looked like someone brought their uncle in to do the upgrades. Staff was there, but thats about it. Absolutely zero greeting when I checked out this morning. Zero amenities. No breakfast, no food and only one pot of terrible coffee was out. No cellphone chargers in the room. Bare necessities at its best. "

"Staff at reception was not present when we arrived. Waited for 10 minutes or so. Rang bell multiple times. Finally called and after many rings they came from pool area. Bedroom is old and worn. Bedspread had many pulls and strings all over. Bath tub does not have non slip strips or a bath nonslip mat to put down. I slipped and luckily did not hit my head. Breakfast adequate. "

"Had a bit of trouble checking in, no one was in the office, apparently it’s all done remote! First room wasn’t cleaned, second room was also not clean and ready! Third time is a charm, it was clean, rooms looked recently renovated and for the price well worth it! There’s not many amenities really, but if that doesn’t bother you it’s a steal!"
