"I checked around 9:30 pm and went straight to sleep. I woke up about 3 am to use the bathroom only to discover the toilet was not operable and had no water on the toilet.
I called the front desk who offered a maintenance staff to check out the issue. In the interim Ifiiled up several waste cans full of water from the shower and filled up the toilet to allow my waste to be flushed in the toilet. Maintenance never came. No one said anything to me upon check out."

"Upsides:
1) Very good complimentary breakfast
2) Free Infused or plain water at front door
Downsides:
1)Parking is pretty expensive, around $16/night for outdoor parking.
2) Pool closes early (9pm) and is fairly small"

"Room was not clean. Both sinks were backed up. Informed management but no action taken. Stayed 3 days and no one cleaned the room or offered fresh linen. Iron had been dropped on carpet at some point and was covered in melted nylon. TV remotes did not work. Had to stay disconnected from WiFi because it was much slower than cellular. Noise carried from floor above late night and into early morning hours."

"I’ve stayed at an Aloft twice before in other areas and it never disappoints. It’s a unique hotel and a fun setting. I didn’t use the food they offered for purchase this time.
Since we arrived very early from the airport staff offered to hold our bags for us while we explored the city and attended a Rockies game that was at 1pm.
