"When we checked in, they said that they always have hot water. That was a complete lie. And they said the heater in the room worked, but it only goes up to a level five and it was not warm enough. Other hotels had bottles of water for free in your room. This one did not."

"This is an outstanding option in the budget to mid range and only ten minutes' walk from the Plaza de Armas. The rooms feel recently renovated and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highlights include great breakfast and a secure entrance located in a gated alley just off C.Belen. An unexpected benefit is the perspective this offers on a more pedestrian area of the city just outside the tourist zone. Recommended. "I LOVED my stay at Novotel Cusco. Namely due to the excellent, welcoming, and friendly staff. I was there as a solo female traveler and felt safe a walking back to Novotel and felt welcomed home. It’s also a very convenient location to the regular tourist beat. Easy to walk to most places you’d want to go within 10 minutes. I had no problem being picked up or dropped off by any tour agency. Lastly, the food is really good that Yaku Burger bangs."

"The room was beautiful! I stayed in the Presidential suite because the price was so good. It was a very spacious room and bathroom was large as well. I had a refrigerator in the room which was also a great thing. The room was a bit chilly and the space heater didn’t do a good job of warming it up. The staff was also sweet and helpful. The room is on a very loud and chaotic alley though and the party goes on all night."

"This hotel is was very welcoming. The people that run it puts alot of love and care into their clients. The breakfast was very filling and excellent everyday. We even got a pre packed breakfast for the early morning departure to Manchu Pichu. Thr family was very kind to our children and gave some good recommendations to some great restaurants near by. Keep in mind you are still a 20 min walk from the Center of Cusco but worth the time, the hotel is perfect."
