For shoppers who can avail of the tax free in Prague, the Information booth can assist with that. The tram is 5 minutes walk from the hotel, in front of the Palladium. Tram 15 will take you to the St Charles Bridge and Our Lady...

"Hotel molto pulito; camere spaziose e moderne. Ho dato 4 stelle perchè non funzionava la ventola del bagno. Check in online non facile perchè la connessione per chi viene dall'estero può essere difficoltosa. Per fortuna la signora delle pulizie ci ha aperto e ci ha indirizzato alla reception, due edifici più in là. Sarebbe utile specificare, che in caso di problemi, esiste una reception in un edificio vicino."

"The hotel was clean, quiet, and basic. A great breakfast variety. Very tasty. Location was central; 20 minute walk to Old Town Center. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were very soft. Not my taste. Front of the house staff did not me feel very welcome. Not a single ‘ hello’ when I returned from my excursions. I stayed for 3 nights. I would look for something closer to Old Town, if I came back. "

"Lovely hotel and the rooms were spacious. The free breakfast was full of different dishes and varied on a day to day basis. A little outside the old town but had its own attractions in the upper town area. We found the old town crowded especially at the weekend and considering we were there out of season it was still very busy in the week.
