"The room was lovely and clean. The air con in the room was very much appreciated given the fact it was so hot when we visited! Staff were so lovely and friendly. The grounds and lovely and safe, so our kids could wander around and feel a bit more independent even though we could still see them. Lovely, quiet pool, and the kids loved the peacocks!"

"Excellent option for early AM flight. Room was cramped for 3 but everything else exceeded expectations. The staff was exceptionally helpful, even the pub food was surprisingly good. Another reason Luton beats Stantead for trips to Seville!"

"The hotel itself was fine. The pool which was one of the main reasons for booking this property was closed. Then the hotel sent me a parking fine for despite paying for parking and having a receipt which has been nothing but stress to have this finally removed"

"Overall an okay stay, our room had a funny smell when we first went in, however we kept being disturbed by door banging in the corridors most of the night as they didn’t have soft closing door hinges on them and the rooms aren’t very sound proof, also not much choice food wise on the menu for anyone who is a fussy eater so had to walk out to find somewhere to eat, also found the hotel quite dark when you walk into reception and not overly appealing, in comparison to other hotels."

"Booked a room that was advertising AC! Was told the room didnt have AC and a fan will be provided. There was a heatwave in the UK and a fan would not have been useful. False advertising. Double check before booking."

"Stayed for one night - super convenient next to Luton Airport Parkway station. Room clean, very comfortable bed, and excellent sound insulation. Breakfast included (rare these days) and okay - let down by the fried eggs which would have bounced if dropped. Maybe don't leave them so long under the heat lamp or, radical thought, cook to order."

"Treated like a second class person as we had a guide dog. Put in an awful room! Requested a fridge and to have a patio door but ignored. Paid premium price £171 of which £25was for our Guide Dog who is cleaner than a lot of their guests apparently. Compared to our previous stay it was very poor. Even said we were not allowed to stay in the room we had as it had been refurbished and no longer a dog room. So basically all their old rooms they hired out to dog owners at premium prices as not...

"Booked a room with a sofa bed, but no sofa bed was found in the room. Apparently sone of the rooms have not been finished yet. During the second stay, there was no cold water pressure so was unable to have a shower. The shower was either scolding hot, but as soon as the cold water was switched on there was not enough pressure so the shower stopped working. Breakfast staff were friendly. You could tell the staff were aware and shared frustrations of things not working or being where they should...
