"Luego de una corta estadía de 4 noches, puedo recomendar este resort. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias, y las camas muy cómodas, pude descansar a gusto. El staff muy amable siempre en especial Luis de Expedia y Santa en el pool bar fueron muy amables, al igual que Sariannys en Recepcion fueron de mucha ayuda. "The beach was beautiful and there was a lot of variety in pools/ water activities for kids. The one thing I did not like is that the pools were only open from 10 AM to 6 PM and there were not a lot of evening activities for kids like I would’ve expected being a kid friendly resort. Overall, the staff was very friendly, but the resort really pushes their sales. It’s very commercial and people are always trying to upsell and push you to buy more of their vacation packages."

"Todo estaba limpio y hermoso! Buena comida , pero el aire de la habitación FATAL no enfriaba nada, llame a service desk y me dijeron van por ahi y nunca llegaron , tuve que dormir asi con mis 2 menores hasta el otro dia que nos cambiaron la habitacion! Pero todo lo demas fenomenal"

"We found a roach in our room also the hotel is very old and the food was near average. They also didn’t have a good Dominican restaurant in 4 days I stayed only experienced 1 Dominican night in the buffet. The beach was beautiful but food 3 stars"

"Overall great experience. Maybe it was the time of year but every time I tried to get into the ocean, I had someone blowing a whistle at me to get out which was rather aggravating paying thousands to swin in blue water to have someone say no."

"I had a pillow in the room that was dirty upon arrival. I placed it to the side so the pillowcase would get changed the following day. That did not happen. It kept getting placed back on the bed with the dirty side up. Food was disappointing except for the hibachi. Service was not great except for the Italian restaurant. Pool was nice."
