"Nice short stay next to chessington park ! room was clean and tidy"

"Nice hotel, but two problems: Signage is useless in the dark. I drove past the entrance twice before asking locals for help finding the entrance. The room was too hot. The windows only had a small section to open, so no breeze could be captured to cool the room - this was not in any heatwave and outside temperature was a pleasant 68 degrees. It's the window design that's the issue and they need replacing with properly opening ones."

"We had to walk 2 blocks to pick up the key, directions weren't clear but once we located the key everything was smooth sailing."

"Feels relatively run down. My sink was stopped shut and it took myself and the overnight attendant 20 minutes to figure out how to make it usable; not fun at 12 AM. The sheets were also stained which made me sleep on top of the covers. Glad I was here only 1 night, will not be returning."
