"Lovely hotel amazing quality fof money. Room and hotel in general in immaculate condition. Wooden flooring give rooms a modern look. Very quiet area and enjoyed a brilliant nights sleep. Staff on front desk polite and helpful. Will definitely stay again and recommended to offer travellers. A 2 minute walk from west brompton station adds to convenience."

"This is a beautiful hotel close to Earls Court tube making it easy to get around London. The decor is beautiful and would consider staying again in the summer as the garden is lovely. We were welcomed warmly on arrival and were delighted to receive a room upgrade snd be able to check in even though we were 4 hours before usual check in time. The room was lovely. Unfortunately we found the bed too hard for us which impacted our nights sleep but I don’t blame the hotel (everyone is different ☺️)....

"Great location. Easy access to restaurants and the Underground. The room was small, especially the shower, but was clean and well maintained. My air conditioning unit worked fine. My ownly concerns were (1) that it would've been convenient if the room had a mini microwave, and (2) the receptionist who checked me in and out off the hotel, while not impolite, was not welcoming. Otherwise a great stay."

"Breakfast was great. Lady running the sittings however was very grumpy. Queued to get a table and was nearly forgotten as she went to show others to a table first. She also gave our table away whilst we were getting hot food from buffet selection and then blamed us for leaving the table, even though we had drinks and other food items on the table. Thankful to a lovely couple of ladies that backed us up as she did not want to offer us another table. Other than that great hotel, clean and good...

"Sehr schönes Hotel, saubere Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung und tolles Frühstück. Personal an der Rezeption etwas wortkarg (kaum Begrüßung, keinerlei Erklärung z.B. für Fahrstuhl oder Frühstück), alle anderen sehr höflich und zuvorkommend."

"Ashburn Hotel is in a super accessible location in a clean, safe and elegant area of London. It's close to the tube and train stations and I had an easy time getting in to the hotel and traveling around. The breakfast was just darling with tea and coffee, cheeses, meats, fruit, pastries and juices. The staff was incredible and so helpful and I truly appreciate all they did to help me make my stay in Lodon memorable. I absolutely recommend staying here and would do so again. "

"Not my first time here, but happy to return again. As ever, the staff are absolutely lovely and some of the best in the business. I was greeted by Dhavani who was kind, accommodating and went out of her way to help me with a genuine warm smile and personality. The staff all seem to be encouraged to be themselves in a positive way, so it’s never a cookie-cutter experience here. It’s part of the reason I’m alway happy to come back. The hotel is a little older, so there is a slight shabby-chic...
