"Tried to ask for a tea 5 times. Got delivered coffee and to the wrong person. Despite saying my very simple name 6 times to the so-called Concierge at the front gate, she could not locate my name on the sheet. I doubt whether she can even read and should be removed from that role immediately. Two loose tiles sitting on the floor of the bathroom for no reason - very strange and puzzling. No hot water after a long trip. Not enough coffee in the room and had to ask for more. Milk that is...

"Great location and lovely staff, however mainly family orientated. Good value for money, with local options still within walking distance of the resort. No issues with checking in or out, and service was always friendly."

"Breakfast was awesome and the staff kept on encouraging to have a good breakfast for the day. Very friendly staff and very clean. Only we were not happy on our first day no hot water. We had to shower in the cold water. If they were advised about the maintenance they should have prepared for it before. Otherwise excellent place to stay. Also book a twin room to have a bigger space."

"Always go for a beach-front villa if you can - waking up to views of the lapping waves is delightful. Other villas back onto the walkway so can be a little less private as people walk past your door The water pressure in teh shower was very low however that could be to be expected on a remote island and wasn't a huge issue. The water was always warm/hot as you need."

"The room was clean and tidy. There was a restaurant and bar with a large choice of foods at reasonable prices. The pricing for staying was reasonable compared to other resorts. The room we stayed in was fine however things are starting to get a bit dated however this would be expected for the pricing. The location is quite remote (probably true for most resorts in Fiji) if you don't have transport and want to go to a supermarket etc although Taxi's are quite reasonably priced."

"Wonderful place, ideal for a honeymoon or a relaxing vacation. Staff were amazing and made us feel like family, specially Silipa and Serai. Shout out to Jim (manager) which cares about customers and knows the names of most guests. Property is very well maintained and clean. Spa is great too. Coral reef and fish populations are very biodiverse. We will come back!"

"We had a great time, unforunately we came during a fluke of poor weather but still made the most of it. Staff were amazing and kind, they remembered my daughters name alot. We didnt use nanny or kids club but can tell they are grest with kiddos. We used kids club facilities but stayed with her during poor weather. Toba bar and grill has a STAR staff member Kinny. She was absolutely wonderful and showed so much generosity and kindness to my little one. She always looked after us and went above...

"Wonderful resort!! The staff were amazing! Warmth and hospitality was unrivaled. One staff member named Save was so kind to my son and spent many hours with him during our stay. Breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff go above and beyond. We also enjoyed scuba, sailing, kayak and paddle boarding all at the water sports area. Beautiful property & resort overall."

"There was only one TV on the whole resort. You can only get internet at the restaurant or reception. We were in room 80, the outside lights didn’t work. No safe and the front door didn’t lock properly. Day Spa was amazing!!"
