"We loved being able to walk across to the beach and the hotel pool was good. They were pet- friendly. The room floor sweated with the humidity, but duh, we were in Galveston. I would book again"

"The best part about our room was that it was on the 10th floor and we had no noise, we were able to reset and not have to worry about neighbors or children. The bed was not as comfortable, the bath was not ideal and those two things did put a dent in our comfort. I think that it can be over looked by hitting the pool bar, Zoe was great. The little Coconut that could was delicious but when Zoe made the bloody Mary it hit in just the right way. The inside bar had a great service as well, Wesley...

"There was no hot water barely warm. Our phone in the room didnt work and a light in the room didn't work There isnt enough lighting in the rooms. Told them but it didnt get repaired as the repair people had gone home for the night."

"Other than the refrigerator not working on the opening night, was a good facility. Breakfast was decent, location was excellent. Very accessible to grocery stores and food and all you have to do is walk across the street and enjoy the beach!"

"The staff was great up front, got us checked in right away and gave instructions that were simple. I wish I had known or read that there wasn’t an elevator, hard to carry heavy bags up and down stairs, we made it work, the ac worked and that alone deserves 10 stars, the room was mostly clean, dated but you can see they have made great efforts to make updates to rooms. Attention to detail for cleaning could use some work. Overall not a bad stay. Depends on how picky you are as a traveler."
