"The Hotel was very nice. The room however had a damp smell and feel throughout the stay. Staff very nice and helpful. Pricing for food disappointing. Major difference between over charge and being ripped off. Two scoops of ice cream $17 USD which is completely ridiculous. The spa was very nice and clean. Hotel within walking distance of shopping and exploring. Very close to the airport. "

"This hotel was very nice. The area was prime and there were really nice markets as well as restaurants in walking distance. Derek (our butler) as well as the other staff we came in contact with were great and very accommodating. They made sure we were safe and had someone with us when we walked or went to the night market. They even walked us to restaurants at night. Poolside and the lobby areas were very comfortable. No bottles water , Towel, no hair dryer, no Shampoo,patio chair was broken,also no internet.. 3rd day stay whole room no power at all for 5 hours .. and front desk is helpless.. I was trying to cancel my stay but I can’t because I have paid 7 days stay .. Won’t come back anymore ! "

"I was attended by three people, first the trainee, then another lady and then finally a person called Devine. I was there 1.23pm and I was given an option taking room with 2 single beds by Devine which I refused. He then offered 1 Queen bed, and I rejected it and told him I need what I booked, a King size bed. He said that wont be ready till 3pm as thats the check in time and I told him I wont mind waiting. I went back around 3.25pm and got my keys in like 5 minutes by same person."
