"Beautiful"

"Our family stayed there in April of 2026. Family of 4, 2 kids 8 and 9. We all loved our stay. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing, lots of variety. We got in quickly to all restaurants. The waterpark and pools were great!"

"We spent Monday through Friday; we stayed at the on the platinum level and it was a blast! The bars and restaurants were top tier. Our rooms, the halls lobbies, beaches and restaurants were super clean. The bars poured strong drinks. The spa was incredibly relaxing along with the hydrotherapy area. Everyone was so lovely. It was the best time. "

"This property is great, staff are excellent. We enjoyed 2-3 different restaurent cuisine and all were great, buffet also have plenty of choice to choose from. Overall we enjoyed our vacation. "

"Hotel had everything we needed, pool, balcony and breakfast included. Breakfast offered two Jamaican options and a typical American bacon/egg option. Monique was by far the best female server! Ask for her. She is happy, friendly and attentive. All of the male servers were also great. The hotel is within walking distance to all beaches, Pork Pit and Pelican Grill. The only disappointing thing was the pool was closed one day for cleaning with no forewarning. "

They take care of everything you need. The Welcome & Dining: We checked in early & offered wine upon arrival, and dinner at the restaurant was yum—tasty food with a stunning ocean view. "When I was there the staff were not happy to be there. 2 of the three restaurants were closed two nights so to staffing issues. We had reservations for dinner and when arrived they were canceled without notice. The last day there did get better but definitely something going on with the staffing."
