"We loved the proximity to the Kona area. The manta experience was amazing. There was snorkeling, national parks, and state parks nearby that were beautiful. It was a great place to base camp. We went and did our exploring and then came back and relaxed in the pool, hot tub, and voyager 47."

"Very comfortable, clean and quiet hotel with lots of amenities! Great location, very nice beach that they clean every morning, beautiful pool, beach towels you can exchange for clean ones as needed, and much more. If you don’t want the expensive buffet breakfast, King’s coffee shop has excellent coffees and breakfast choices and it is located on the first floor. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!"

"Please be aware! We booked about 6 months in advance. When booking we got a package deal that included breakfast included in the room. Some time from then to when we did our trip it must have changed and the hotel did not honor the included breakfast. If you have ever been to Hawaii it is expensive for meals. We were literally out close to $800 because of this. Not sure if it was Expedia or the Hotels fault but they couldn’t go back more then 4 months to verify. This was a huge bummer since a...

"The staff was great, the security and the morning building maintenance guy are awesome. Took care of our car and maintenance guy keeped the place up looking great. I would definitely come back to this building if I return to the Kona side. What i didn't like were the bugs that are all over the place. Specially at night. Other than that. Our experience was awesome."

"Stayed July 2026 - Family of 4 Highly recommended. Small mini fridge was very helpful. AC worked well. Get the room with a view, it is lovely to sit out on the balcony. Yes, its dated but it is very well kept and you can really appreciate the beauty of the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful with my several encounters. The grounds are beautiful. We will return."

"Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "
