"Great property, beautiful pool, areas of the complex were empty. - Just hope they do not put you next to an area that is under construction. Checked in for three nights. Literally next to construction happening between 9 and 5 am. Not just banging, but pretty much non-stop hammer drilling the entire day. When asked for a chance to move, was told nothing is available. Why would you put a customer literally one floor above the work area? No discount offered no other sorry offered - full...

"The front desk staff was rude and the room was very dirty. Be aware if you end up with a non renovated room, the furniture is dusty and the desk hasn’t been wiped down, the carpet is old and the couch smells like pee. The staff is hit and miss, mostly miss. The property itself is very nice but the ocean tower is very far. "

"Nice looking hotel and clean. Gym is good. Service is generally good. Valet staff was 7/10 and timing turn down service is very inconsistent otherwise would have been excellent. Transportation to and from hotel is challenging if you don’t have a car. Overall very good hotel "

"First of all, because our Flight was canceled by Southwest Airlines we were a day late checking in, I called the hotel explaining we would be late through no fault by us. When we checked in to the hotel we were told that because we booked through Expedia that they did not hold the room we booked for andvprepaid for. So instead of King bed we were given two QUEEN BEDS. BOTH HAD OLD HARD MATRESSES. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. VERY DISAPPOINTED! "

"The grounds are always kept in prime condition. The access to a good snorkel beach and a near by pool is one main reason for coming here. The staff were all great and helpful. The food service and quality were great at each location. Breakfast was excellent. Of course $40 a night for self-parking and another $40 for Resort fees is a killer as it is just pure profit add on to the room rate."

"Very friendly front desk, valet and concierge staff. Concierge was very informative and helpful. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Provided lots of options and suggestions for local spots and things to do specific to our needs. Also helped book a cruise through them. Very clean room, amazing location."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all so nice and friendly, and we liked having the kitchenette in our room. There were two standing fans and a ceiling fan, so we didn’t mind not having AC for a few nights. I liked the pool and the location too!"

"Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet. It was our anniversary so they gave us a bottle of wine and chocolates which was very nice. We were able to check in a couple of hours early, but were unable to have a late checkout due to how busy they were. Conveniently situated to walk to restaurants and shopping. The staff were easy to work with and very helpful. Overall, I would stay here again. "

"It was very comfortable and convenient. We were able to park right below our unit the entire stay. We used the outdoor grill to BBQ. We also visited the pool. Everything was nice and the location was great 👍 "
