"We really enjoyed staying here. The Ramen place in the building is fabulous- we ate here a lot. The rooms are nice and the shops, aesthetically pleasing. Check in was good. The pool is not what is expected, there are no chairs available and there were so many kids running around, I witnessed a few throwing things at birds, the hot tub had over 12 kids at one time in it, so no room for everyone. "I visited this resort with kids for a few days before going next door to the Four Seasons. The Aulani Disney resort has the cool water activities for kids and a variety of restaurants that should satisfy even those with discerning taste buds."

"The front desk staff were wonderful. The only reason why I didn’t give five stars is because of the valet at the front drive way. My brother pulled up to pick me up and before he stopped the car, the man rudely waved him and yelled at him to pull forward. It was surprising and unnecessary."

"Everything was first rate. Located around the corner from the main strip so it was calmer and quiet. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Has a wonderful bakery next door. Pool was nice. Also appreciated water refilling stations. Staff were welcoming and helpful, especially at the valet parking. Will return."

"Room 1615 had a moldy smell and the staff were notified many times. Coffee cream was old. When put on coffee it becomes lumpy and the coffee tasted bad. Front desk was notified. We did not stay much in the room and if we did we opened the sliding door to let fresh air in. Bathroom smelled better than the sleeping area. We will think twice about staying here again. Most staff was not as friendly. Room 1603 had the same smell problem but not as bad as 1615. My kids were not able to check in at 3pm...
